Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 September 2026

This policy explains how information is handled when you visit this website or send an enquiry.

Information we use

The contact form collects your name, email address and message so we can respond and follow up on your enquiry. We rely on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and discussing potential working relationships. Sending an enquiry is voluntary, but these fields are needed to use the form. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.

Service providers

Web3Forms processes and delivers your message to our email inbox. Cloudflare hosts and protects the website, and our email provider stores correspondence. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details for delivery and security, and may process information outside Thailand. See the Web3Forms privacy policy for information about its handling of submissions.

How long information is kept

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and manage the related conversation, or longer where required by law or to deal with a dispute. Web3Forms also retains submissions under its own retention policy and the settings available for our account; deleting an email does not automatically delete that separate copy.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, restriction of its use, or a portable copy, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.

For privacy questions or requests, please use our contact form.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. Our hosting provider may process technical data or use necessary security cookies to protect the website.
